If you or your team manage more than one LinkedIn account, it's important to understand how to do so safely and effectively with SalesHero. SalesHero supports one LinkedIn account per workspace.

Can I manage more than one LinkedIn account with SalesHero?

Yes, but each LinkedIn account must be tied to its own SalesHero workspace. You cannot run multiple LinkedIn accounts under a single workspace.

How to manage multiple accounts correctly

To run multiple LinkedIn accounts, you must:

  • Use a separate Chrome profile or browser for each LinkedIn account (e.g. Chrome, Brave, Arc).
  • Log into SalesHero using a different workspace per browser profile.
  • Ensure each browser maintains its own cookies and LinkedIn session.

Each workspace is isolated and should only manage one LinkedIn seat.

Safety guidelines when managing multiple accounts

  • Never run two LinkedIn accounts in the same browser profile.
  • Avoid switching between LinkedIn accounts in the same workspace.
  • Use dedicated Chrome user profiles or Chrome-based browsers to isolate sessions.
  • Monitor each account’s activity separately and avoid overlapping schedules.
